Mladen Škavić is an art director and graphic designer from Banja Luka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, with over two decades of experience in art and design. Known for his bold, culturally attuned visual style, Mladen has worked across a wide range of creative industries, from global brands like Adidas Originals, NBA, MLB, and NFL, to music collaborations with artists such as YONAS, Joey Bada$$, and Soulja Boy.
Since 2007, he has been a lead designer at Aquarius, a marketing agency based in Banja Luka, while also working internationally as a long-time freelance designer for Artek NYC. Beyond client work, Mladen is committed to nurturing the next generation of creatives. He is a founding member of NGO UAA!, an organisation dedicated to supporting young artists and designers across the region through events like Fusion Design Week, PechaKucha Night, and Minimum Maximum exhibitions.
Married and a proud father of two, Mladen continues to balance professional innovation with a strong community-driven ethos, using design as a tool for cultural connection, expression, and mentorship.
